One last Temecula Post... A Little late :)

It took a while to get all of these that Emily took but I am so glad to see them!

I don't have much time so i am going to try to send some pictures real quick before it dies etc...

Mother! It is such a wonderful time to talk to you! I just got back from seeing the Chases and the Bradshaw's (only sister Bradshaw and a few kids was really there) one last time. First transfer! Chaparral Ward has been awesome! These people are so cool! I love Chaparral, have had some great memories with some great people. Last week we were driving through our plans and it was about 10:45 ish and we drove by this ladies house who was not in our plans and just felt we should stop by. But we waited till our plans kind of fell through and decided to go by anyways just to say hi because she was a nice elderly Lady who i enjoy. Her name is Sister Adams and it seemed like when we went by we made her day. Well when we went by then i felt like we made her day also. It was a small and simple thing that we did. But she was very happy. After the meeting yesterday, after having said bye to me 3 times. She came up with a serious look on her face and kind of gave me a hug and said in a solemn manner. " Thank you, Thank you. I will never forget you." I just love her and wish we could stay in contact some how because she is just eh best. The missionary work here has just been awesome. The work of Salvation video was AWESOME also! I hope everyone got to watch it!!! It showed some great points! Tomorrow we have a 2 1/2 hour mission conference/transfer meeting as it is President Cooks last meeting. He has been awesome! My battery might die soon..

Emily! so glad to talk to you! It has been a great week! Lots of cool experiences. I hope you are doing good and still having a great time in Idaho! Just thought i would pop this in real quick! I hope you are enjoying lots of ice cream. Anyways i am getting transferred! Crazy. Been some good times here though! Lots of fun cool experiences. Janae, I thought you might enjoy hearing that your son Elder Thompson is a wonderful and enthusiastic missionary. He and Elder Bunker were at our home this evening for dinner and we have had the pleasure of having them over often. He is a wonderful young man and a joy to have in our ward. We met him straight out of the MTC and have been able to see him grow even stronger and more confident. Thank you for raising such a valiant servant of the Lord and thank you for sharing him with us. This week has been an amazing one. The past few days especially. Yesterday, we went over to a Less Actives house for a little bit at the last minute despite the fact that she was not in our plans. We just felt we should. When we got there, Sister Morgan answered the door and said how they were stressed out and anyways she said her mom, who is elderly, was sick and had been on and off. Although we were running a little late on time we asked her if she would like a blessing and we thought we should do it now rather than later. We just happened to have the oil with us. She asked her mom as her mom was walking to the door. She was a nice lady but when she asked she said something like Öh it,s ok they dont have time for that. So anyways she ended up getting a blessing and we were able to give it to her in her garage with the door open. As we began to give her a blessing i felt the spirit strongly and she was there to share the gospel with her daughter and her grandson. It was an amazing experience. Very spiritual experience. After that she said ¨ it was meant to be!" We just showed up, feeling prompted, we just happened to have oil in my pocket and she just happened to be there. And although she had not been in the plans, our plans had been by that area where she was and we had been talking about her. We felt like our plans were good. I saw how much Jesus Christ know us each individually. We also got to kind of teach a former investigator last night who just happened to be outside as we were leaving someones house across the street.

 We also got to go to the temple today the sacred spirit there is so strong. Visons and revelations do happen in this day and age.

Holy cow ha ha it sounds like you guys have been having fun! That is awesome you invited them to church!! and ha ha nice job selling younique! Fried Oreo and Fries Kool-aid?..nice! That song ¨Ill go where you want me to go" is so amazing, i love it so much. It is such a good song, it is so amazing.We just sang it a few weeks ago and it was just awesome because its grandpas favorite song also. And sometimes you just know..I am glad you guys had an awesome Sunday  You are an awesome missionary mom. It sure is an awesome scripture! Family room huh? Nice ha ha  You all are so funny! I love you all! Glad you guys have had such a great week! Sounds like fun! You guys are going to have a great summer! YOur emails make me laugh sometimes. 

   It has been another awesome week here! Next week we get to go to the temple! Lots of changes also throughout the mission! The new mission President will be coming in soon (July 2nd). We will be having a mission conference in a few weeks and there will also be transfers. President Cook is one of the most amazing people i have ever met. The new Mission President will be awesome! I think it is going to start heating up here in Temecula pretty soon! But it is still pretty nice here! Yesterday we were in a part of our area and we were looking for an investigators house. We hadn't been able to meet with him for a while. We could not find his house and i had not been there for a few months and only a few times for just a few minutes or less. And we couldn't find it. But, said a prayer and as we were driving out we went a different way and were literally guided right to his house! It was just right there! Great blessing, Heavenly Father guided us and there it was. Miracles. Life is either full of miracles or none at all. Last night i was reading a letter and thought about how glorious it must be to be in Gods presence. It must be amazing. The sacred grove is still sanctified almost 200 years later because god came. You can still feel a very strong spirit there. Anyways lots of changes and miracles Glad to hear everything is going so great there in small town Arkansas at the Thompson home!!

Oh ya, and, before i left i had some doc martin shoes. Could you possibly send those to me if it isn't to much to ask? :) That would be just so awesome! Thanks! if not that is OK too i was just checking.

aah aha oh my gosh i just want to print all these pictures out! That is awesome about the Lord protecting Jordan and he has a work to do.Awesome about the plays. And Zachary  Nice!  You guys have been having a blast!  We went contacting yesterday and i had a blast talking to theses people. My companion is a district leader so we go on a few exchanges and we have a blast i love it here! It is so nice! We got to teach some awesome people and had some funny times this week. Especially on exchanges. Sometimes you just got to joke around, i need to do that more, it relieves stress. Because why be stressed when you can laugh?! Ohh man. I am not really that stressed though so im not really sure why i said that. We had a great dinner at the O'Brien house the other day, they fed us some awesome Filipino food. But everyone's food here is awesome they are all so nice! It's OK about the package, it will be fun when it gets here though! I just need to joke around some more i just don't know what to joke around about...just myself i guess ha ha  Today, we were at the grocery store and this member from our ward came up and gave us each $10 for our groceries! That was so nice of her! People here are very nice. WE set some awesome goals last week and achieved almost all of them! Heavenly Father is so awesome! WE set a goal to get 42 contacts in one day (pretty crazy but the end of the week was coming soon and we had to set the goal) and anyways, we only had 3 hours to contact on that day (Saturday) and usually we only get around 30, when we are contacting all day.   But my companion had faith. By the end of the day we had 53 contacts. It was insane! Heavenly Father knows what he is doing he is so awesome he always helps us reach our contacting goals!   I am also becoming even more amazed at how much Jesus Christ loves us. He really does, he just loves us so much. When we feel that love we feel his warmth and love and light. But we have to remember him, and remember times we have felt of his love before and as we do we open up a passageway in our hearts where we can feel his love again(Deanna said that). 

  

  I am also becoming more amazed at the character of Joseph Smith. He was a really nice valiant man. 

Mom: Did i ever tell you how awesome you are? You are the best. I hope everything is going good for you! You are so awesome and very very caring and loving and kind. I love you all sooo much. That is why i decided to send you pictures today! I hope everything is going great and stay safe in all the storms! there are no storms in California..How is Teddy? hahaha just kidding. Sorry i didn't look at the picture ha ha but thanks anyways! Sister Evans is awesome.
